28-12-1 Cleaning Air Filter and Condenser
Limpieza del condensador y del filtro de aire
<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Remove the air filter.
<Procedimiento>
1) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
2) Retire el filtro del aire.
3) Wash the air filter with a neutral detergent and
tepid water (not warmer than 40 degrees).
4) Remove the neutral detergent using freshwater.
5) Dry the air filter using compressed air.
6) Clean the condenser fins using a brush or a com-
pressed air gun.
3) Limpie el filtro del aire con detergente neutro y agua
templada (a no más de 40 grados).
4) Enjuague el detergente neutro con agua dulce.
5) Seque el filtro de aire utilizando un chorro de aire
comprimido.
6) Limpie las aletas del condensador con un cepillo o con
una pistola de aire comprimido.
ATENCION
Ensure that the power is turned OFF when per-
forming maintenance.
Asegúrese de que la alimentación eléctrica esté desacti-
vada cuando realice tareas de mantenimiento.
PRECAUCION
Pay sufficient care not to catch the temperature
sensor with the air filter.
Preste especial atención para no pinzar el sensor del
dispositivo de registro de temperatura con el filtro del
aire.
The condenser is exposed when the filter
is removed.

PRECAUCION
1. Protective glasses must be worn to prevent
eye damage from dust or foreign matter
(those who are wearing glasses included).
2. Do not forget reinstall the air filter prior to
operation.
1. Deberá utilizar gafas protectoras para evitar sufrir
lesiones por polvo o materias extrañas (unas gafas
normales no le servirán para este propósito).
2. Antes de volver a poner la unidad en funciona-
miento, instale de nuevo el filtro de aire.
