ATENCION
Do not stand near moving parts of the machine
during a zero return operation as each axis is
returned to the zero point at the rapid traverse
rate. Before starting a zero return operation,
ensure that no one is standing near the moving
parts and that the moving parts can be fed to the
zero point without interference.

No se sitúe cerca de las piezas móviles de la máquina
durante una operación de retorno a cero, ya que cada eje
regresará al punto cero a velocidad de avance rápido.
Antes de iniciar una operación de retorno a cero, com-
pruebe que no haya nadie cerca de las piezas móviles y
que estas puedan hacerse avanzar hasta el punto cero
sin que se produzcan interferencias.

Set the Door Interlock key-switch in the [NORMAL]
position.
Ponga el conmutador con llave de interbloqueo de
puerta a la posición [NORMAL].

Close the door. Cierre la puerta.
3.
Turn the operation selection key-switch to
[Operation Enable] or
[Operation & Edit Enable].
Gire el conmutador con llave de selección de
funcionamiento a la posición

[Operación & Edición activadas].

Press the mode selection [Zero Return] button. Pulse el botón de selección de modo [Retorno al
origen].
5.
Set the rapid traverse rate to be used for zero return
operation using Rapid Traverse Rate Override switch.
Configure la velocidad de avance rápido que se
empleará para la operación de retorno a cero
utilizando el conmutador de sobrecarrera de la
velocidad de avance rápido.
6.
Press the axis feed button in the zero return direction.
[The axis approaches the machine zero point at rapid
feed rate (fixed at 50%) and status indicators for the
zero return of each axis are illuminated when the zero
return is completed.]
Pulse el botón de avance del eje en la dirección de
retorno a cero.
[El eje se acercará al punto cero de la máquina a
velocidad de avance rápido (fijada al 50%) y los

In the case of manual operation, rapid traverse
rate is fixed at 50% even if the switch is set to
the 100% setting.
