4-7-11 Timer Screen
Pantalla del temporizador
This screen is used for checking or setting the date/
time, number of machined workpieces, NC operating
hours, cycle time, etc.
<Setting Procedure>
Esta pantalla se utiliza para verificar o ajustar la fecha/hora,
número de piezas mecanizadas, horas de funcionamiento del
CN, tiempo de ciclo, etc.

4-7-12 Power Saving Screen
Pantalla ahorro de corriente
This screen is used to make settings for the ON/OFF
function and brightness of the OPERATION PANEL
screen, in-machine worklight OFF function, power
shutdown timer and power saving mode. When any
of NC operation panel keys is operated while the
OPERATION PANEL screen is in the OFF state, the
screen comes ON.
Esta pantalla se utiliza para ajustar la función de apagado/
encendido y el brillo de la pantalla del PANEL DE MANDO, la
función de apagado de la luz de trabajo incorporada en la
máquina, el temporizador de apagado de la máquina y el
modo de ahorro de energía. Cuando se accione cualquier
tecla del PANEL DE MANDO del CN mientras la pantalla de
éste esté en estado apagado, la pantalla se encenderá.
Function selection key (SETTING)
→ [TIMER COUNTER] → [TIMER]
Move the cursor to the required item
→ Key in the data → (INPUT) key.
The display item "POWER ON" displays the
accumulated time that the power has been ON.
These value cannot be changed.

Setting the "STANDBY TIMER FOR DRIVE
DEVICES" allows the machine to come into a
status where the door is opened (unlocked)
with the door interlock set to "normal" unless
the NC or any key on the machine operation
panel is operated within the set time. During
that time, the power to the functions such as
the spindle is shut down and the status
indicator MRDY is extinguished, providing
power savings.
For the relationship between the door inter-
lock normal/release and the ability or inabil-
ity to perform operations, refer to "DOOR
INTERLOCK FUNCTION" (page 1-20).
1. While an alarm is being generated, the
status indicator MRDY is not extinguished.
2. When machine is in the status where the
door unlock operation is prohibited, the
door remains locked.
3. For machines with the robot interface
specifications, the "STANDBY TIMER
FOR DRIVE DEVICES" cannot be set.

unlock is prohibited, refer to
"OPENING/CLOSING DOOR"

en un estado en que la puerta se abre (desbloqueada)
con el interbloqueo de puerta ajustado en "normal" a
no ser que se utilice el CN o cualquier tecla del pupitre
de mando de la máquina dentro del plazo definido.
Durante este tiempo, la alimentación de funciones
como la del husillo se desactivará y se apagará el
indicador de estado MRDY para ahorrar energía.
Para la relación entre interbloqueo de puerta nor-
mal/liberado y la activación o no activación de las
operaciones veáse "FUNCIÓN DE INTERBLO-
QUEO DE PUERTA" (página 1-20).
NOT A
1. Cuando se genere una alarma, el indicador de
estado MRDY no se apagará.
2. Cuando la máquina esté en un estado en que se
prohibe la operación de desbloqueo de puerta,
ésta permanecerá abierta.
3. Para las máquinas con especificaciones de inter-
faz de robot, no se podrá configurar el "STAN-
DBY TIMER FOR DRIVE DEVICES
(TEMPORIZADOR DEL ESTADO EN ESPERA
DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE ACCIONA-
MIENTO)".
