28-8-3 Cleaning the Chuck
Limpieza del plato
Clean the chuck through hole using compressed air
to remove chips and dust.
Limpie el plato por el orificio utilizando aire comprimido para
retirar las virutas y el polvo.
PELIGRO
Turn OFF the main power and disconnect the
plant-side power supply (breaker).
DESCONECTE la alimentación principal y el suministro
eléctrico del lado de la fábrica (disyuntor).
ATENCION
1. Disassemble and clean the chuck regularly.
Ensure grease is supplied to the chuck daily.
2. If chips and coolant enter the chuck or grease
supply is insufficient, chuck holding capabil-
ity deteriorates.

3. Inspect the chucking jaw and jig hexagon
socket head cap screw regularly. If the gap
between the socket hole and the hex wrench
is excessive, replace the screw.

2. Si virutas y refrigerante entran en el plato o si el
suministro de grasa es insuficiente, la capacidad de

1. When using compressed air, wear protective
glasses to prevent eye damage from dust or
foreign matter (those who wear glasses are
included).
2. When using compressed air, take care not to
blow air against the spindle front cover.

1. Al emplear un chorro de aire comprimido, deberá
utilizar gafas protectoras para evitar sufrir lesiones
por polvo o materias extrañas (unas gafas normales
no le servirán para este propósito).
2. Cuando use aire comprimido, tenga cuidado de no
enviar el flujo de aire hacia la cubierta delantera del
husillo.
