29-12When the Tool Presetter Stylus Break Stem is Damaged

The stylus break stem device protects the stylus from
deformation and sensor damage by collapsing in the
event of excessive pressure or jolting due to interfer-
ence between the stylus and the tool.
El dispositivo para averías del palpador protege el palpador
frente a deformaciones y daños del sensor al colapsarse en
caso de producirse una presión excesiva o sobresalto debido
a interferencias entre el palpador y la herramienta.
<Replacement Interval>
When stylus break stem is damaged due to interfer-
ence with the tool
<Necessary Tools>
• Hex wrench
<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Open the operator door.
3) Using a hex wrench, loosen the two screws and
remove the stylus.
<Intervalo de reemplazo>
Cuando el dispositivo para averías del palpador se daña
debido a interferencias con la herramienta
<Herramientas necesarias>
• Llave hexagonal
<Procedimiento>
1) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
2) Abra la puerta del operador.
3) Utilizando una llave hexagonal, afloje los dos tornillos y
retire el palpador.
