29-9 Alarm Related to Turret

29-9-1 EX0357 (TURRET INDEX TIME OVER)
EX0357 (TURRET INDEX TIME OVER) (INTERVALO DE INDIZACIÓN DE LA TORRETA SOBREPASADO)
When turret indexing is not completed within the time
specified, possible causes include relay, solenoid
valve or proximity switch malfunction or wiring dis-
connection. Perform confirmation and recovery
according to the following procedure.
Entre las posibles causas que pueden provocar que la indiza-
ción de la torreta no finalice dentro del tiempo especificado, se
encuentran el funcionamiento incorrecto o la desconexión del
cableado del relé, la válvula de solenoide o el interruptor de
proximidad. Realice la confirmación y la recuperación
siguiendo el procedimiento que se muestra a continuación.

wiring disconnection?
Contact the Mori Seiki Service Department for assistance.

Confirm that the unclamp output signal (Y45) is
ON and unclamp completed (M1759) is Off.
Is the clamp completed
input signal (X4C) OFF on
the diagnostic screen?
Repair or
replace
damaged parts.
Confirm proximity
switch (SQ14)
operation, and adjust or
replace as necessary.
