2-6 Spindle/Milling Buttons
Botones fresado/husillo
The spindle/milling buttons are used to start and
stop the spindle, the rotary tool spindle (MC specifi-
cation), or the C-axis (MC specification) manually.
Los botones de fresado/husillo se utilizan para iniciar y dete-
ner el husillo, el husillo de herramienta giratoria (especificacio-
nes MC) o el eje C (especificaciones MC) manualmente.

The axis selection switches are used to select the
spindle or to switch to the C-axis.
Los botones de selección de ejes se utilizan para seleccionar

1. Before starting the spindle, carefully check
the workpiece chucking conditions, the
chucking pressure, and the spindle speed.

2. Be aware that the spindle will start rotating
if the spindle rotation [Forward] button,
[Reverse] button or [Jog] button is
pressed by mistake while a manual mode is
selected and the conditions for spindle
rotation are satisfied.

3. When a maximum spindle speed is set
using G50, set the spindle override switch
at 100% or less.
[Workpiece ejection]
1. Antes de poner en marcha el husillo, compruebe
detenidamente las condiciones de agarre de la
pieza, la presión de agarre y la velocidad del husillo.

2. Tenga en cuenta que el husillo comenzará a girar en
caso de que se pulsen por error los botones de
rotación del husillo [Avance], [Atrás] o
[Impulsos intermitentes] mientras está seleccionado

3. Cuando se configure una velocidad máxima del
husillo con G50, el ajuste del interruptor de
corrección del husillo deberá configurarse al 100% o
menos.

1. Switch operation is impossible with the
Operation Selection key-switch placed in
the [Operation Disable] position.
2. Close the front door before pressing the
spindle rotation [Forward] button or
[Reverse] button.
