21-3-1 Group Specification
Especificación de grupo
In response to the tool group number, the function
calls a registered tool in the specified group in the
registered order and manages the tool life.
Como respuesta al número de grupo de herramienta, la fun-
ción llama una herramienta registrada en el grupo especifi-
cado en el orden de registro y gestiona la vida de la
herramienta.

Recuento de vida
If the counted tool life data reaches the preset tool
life condition, a spare tool in the same program is
selected when the tool group command is executed
next, and the tool use time is counted for the next
tool.
En caso de que los datos de recuento de vida de herramienta
alcancen el estado predefinido de vida de herramienta, se
selecciona una herramienta de repuesto en el mismo pro-
grama cuando se ejecuta a continuación el comando de grupo
de herramienta y se cuenta el tiempo de uso de herramienta
para la herramienta siguiente.
3. In the setting data, the same tool number
may appear repeatedly whether in the
same group or in different groups. Combi-
nation of the upper two digits and lower
two digits of a tool number may be
selected as required.

order specified in the program.

management function is not executed. In this

command of tool number and tool offset

1. When all tools in a specific group exceed
the tool life, spare tool selection is impos-
sible. In this case, tool use time is contin-
uously counted for the last tool.
2. Since registered T numbers (tool number
+ tool offset number) have independent
tool use data, the tool use time is counted
for the individual offset numbers for a tool
number that has more than one tool offset
number. For such tools, the total tool use
time data for different offset numbers of
those tools is regarded as the tool use
data and tool life condition.

específico superan la vida de herramienta, la
selección de herramienta de repuesto es imposi-
ble. En este caso, se cuenta constantemente el
tiempo de uso de herramienta para la última
herramienta.
