<Registering Excerpt Programs>
1) Press [REGIST. PROGRAM].
2) Move the cursor to the beginning of the data to
be registered.
3) Press [START REGIST].
4) Move the cursor to the end of the data to be reg-
istered.
5) Press [REGIST TO EDIT] or [REGIST TO MDI].
6) The excerpt name registered for the selected
operation will be displayed on the soft-key.
7) Press the soft-key where the selected excerpt
program is to be registered.

The programs stored in the NC memory can be out-
put to an external I/O device or programs can be
input to the NC memory from an external I/O device.
The procedure to input or output a program using an
external I/O device is explained in this section.
Los programas guardados en la memoria CN pueden
extraerse a un dispositivo de E/S externo, o pueden introdu-
cirse en la memoria CN a partir de un dispositivo de E/S

1) Connect the external I/O device.
2) Press the function selection key (SETTING)
and select [PARAM.].
3) Make the settings for I/O device.
Once set, the parameter settings may not be
changed unless the external I/O device is changed.

1. Make sure that the I/O device has been
set.
2. If a program is input without designating a
program number, the NC data must begin
with a program number preceded by "O"
or ":". An input error occurs if a program
number is not designated.
3. The NC data not containing an O number
may be input by designating a program
number.
4. If the data to be input has multiple EOB
codes followed by an O number, the pro-
grams are registered under the individual
O numbers.
