28-12-2 Replacing Cooling Oil
Cambio del aceite refrigerante
<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Remove the maintenance cover.
3) Place an oil pan beneath the drain plug.
4) Remove the drain plug and drain all oil from the
tank.
5) Wrap sealing tape around the threaded part of
the plug.
6) Replace the drain plug.
7) Remove the fill port cap.
8) Pour oil while checking the oil level gage.
9) Turn ON the main power and confirm the pump
generates a suction sound.
10) Turn OFF the main power and check the oil level.
11) If the oil level is still low, add oil again.
<Procedimiento>
1) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
2) Retire la cubierta de mantenimiento.
3) Coloque un recipiente colector de aceite bajo el tapón
de vaciado.
4) Retire el tapón de drenaje y vacíe totalmente el aceite
del depósito.
5) Enrolle cinta aislante alrededor del segmento fileteado
del tapón de drenaje.
6) Vuelva a colocar el tapón de drenaje.
7) Retire el capuchón del orificio de llenado.
8) Reponga el aceite fijándose en el indicador de nivel.
9) Conecte la alimentación principal y compruebe que la
bomba genera un sonido de aspiración.
10) Desactive la alimentación principal y compruebe el nivel
del aceite.
11) En caso de que todavía sea bajo, vuelva a añadir aceite.
