23-3-1 Steady Rest Buttons on Machine Operation Panel
Botones de la luneta situados en el panel de mando de la máquina
There are the [STEADY REST OPEN] and
[STEADY REST CLOSE] buttons installed on the
option panel to open or close the steady rest.
Se encuentran los botones [ABRIR LUNETA] y [CERRAR
LUNETA] instalados en el panel de opciones, para abrir o
cerrar la luneta.
23-3-2 Moving the Steady Rest
Desplazamiento de la luneta
The automatic centering type steady rest (bolt tight-
ening type) is moved by manual operation only.
La luneta de tipo centrado automático (de tipo sujeción con
perno) se desplaza solamente mediante el funcionamiento
manual.
The steady rest can be opened or closed by
specifying M340 or M341 (single type), or M340
to M347 (single to 4-series type).
For M340 to M347, refer to "M Code List"
(page 2-193)
Es posible abrir o cerrar la luneta mediante la
especificación de M340 o M341 (tipo normal), o de
M340 a M347 (tipo normal a 4 series).

The automatic centering type steady rest (bolt
tightening type) cannot be moved with it
connected to turret.
