2-534 MACHINE OPERATIONS OPERACIONES DE MECANIZADO
<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Wait until the coolant level is stabilized after the
coolant inside machine is returned to the coolant
tank.
3) Loosen the jack bolts underneath the tank.
4) Remove the pumps.
5) Pull the coolant tank outward.
6) Remove the coolant filters.
7) Drain coolant using a dedicated suction device.
8) Clean the tank with a spade or shovel.
9) Blow compressed air through the coolant filters.
<Procedimiento>
1) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
2) Espere a que se estabilice el nivel de refrigerante una
vez que el refrigerante de la máquina haya regresado al
depósito.
3) Afloje los pernos de apriete que están bajo el depósito.
4) Retire las bombas.
5) Tire del depósito de refrigerante hacia fuera.
6) Retire los filtros de refrigerante.
7) Drene el refrigerante utilizando un dispositivo de
aspiración especial.
8) Limpie el refrigerante con una hazada o una pala.
9) Limpie los filtros de refrigerante con aire comprimido.
10) Remount the coolant filters.
11) Push the coolant tank in the directions marked
with arrows in the figure and align the corners
in the shaded area.
12) Tighten the jack bolts.
13) Remount the coolant pumps.
14) Supply coolant.
15) Push the coolant button [ON] on the opera-
tion panel to confirm coolant is supplied.
10) Vuelva a instalar los filtros de refrigerante.
11) Empuje el depósito de refrigerante en las direcciones
indicadas mediante flechas en la imagen y alinee las
esquinas en la zona sombreada.
12) Apriete los dos pernos de fijación y nivelación.
13) Vuelva a instalar las bombas de refrigerante.
14) Suministre refrigerante.
15) Pulse el botón de refrigerante [ON] del panel de
mando para verificar el suministro de refrigerante.
PRECAUCION
1. Protective glasses must be worn to prevent
eye damage from chips or foreign matter
(those who wearing glasses included).
2. Take care to prevent excessive spray of cool-
ant and chips.
1. Deberá utilizar gafas protectoras para evitar sufrir
lesiones provocadas por virutas o materias extrañas
(unas gafas normales no le servirán para este pro-
pósito).
2. Tenga cuidado para evitar que se produzca un des-
parrame excesivo de refrigerante y virutas.
