Speakerphone Type
4.268 (This field is used for digital phones only; analog phones do not use the shared speak-
erphone resources.) This flag affects digital phones differently:
• Executive or Professional Display Phone: To enable the phone’s integrated speaker-
phone, to be used in standard and/or enhanced mode, select either of the speakerphone
options (Enhanced or Standard). Selecting Standard does not prevent the Executive or
Professional Display Phone user from using the enhanced speakerphone. To disable the
Executive or Professional Display Phone’s speakerphone, select
None.
• Other Digital Phones: If the station will have access to shared standard speakerphone
resources, select
Standard. For access to enhanced and standard speakerphone
resources, select
Enhanced. To prevent any of these phone stations from using shared
speakerphone resources, select
Disabled.
Validated Flag
4.269 If a type of forced account code was assigned in the Account Code Type field, you can
set the Validated flag to check the code entered (flag enabled) or accept any code (flag dis-
abled). Enable this flag by selecting the current Value and then selecting the check box to place
a check in it. Then press
ENTER or select another field to save the change. (To remove the
check and disable the flag, select the check box again.)
