Statistics To Clear
Statistics To Clear
10.5 You can also choose the statistics that will be cleared after the report is printed. Double-
click on
Statistics to Clear to view the options. To mark a statistic to be cleared, select the
check box to place a check mark in it. Then press
ENTER or click on another field to save the
change. To remove the check mark, select it again. The statistics that can be cleared are:
Application and channel: Clears the information that is listed in the Application and-
channel Statistics report only.
Fax Delivery and Document Usage: Clears all statistics for the Fax Delivery report
and the request count and last request date for the Fax Document Usage report.
Mailbox: Clears all mailbox statistics.
Enable Automatic Reports
10.6 To enable automatic report generation, select the check box to place a check mark in it.
Then press
ENTER or click on another field to save the change. To disable automatic report
generation, select it again to remove the check mark.
Print Day
10.7 To select the day for printing automatic reports, select the Print Day drop-down list box
and scroll the highlight bar to the desired day. Then press
ENTER or click on another field to
save the change.
Print Time
10.8 To select the time of day for printing automatic reports, select
Print Time and enter or
scroll to the desired time. You can also scroll between AM and PM. When finished press
ENTER or click on another field to save the change.
B. MANUAL REPORT GENERATION
10.9 Manual Report Generation programming contains a list of the reports to print along
with the option to sort the Directory Listing report. It also allows you to clear statistics after
printing the reports.
Report Selection
10.10 Double-click on
Report Selection to view the list of available report types. To enable a
report, select the check box to place a check mark in it. Then press
ENTER or click on another
field to save the change. To disable the report, select it again to remove the check mark.
