4.278 Hardware Handshaking: If the device that is connected to the selected port supports
handshaking on the RS232 connector, enable the Hardware Handshaking flag. See Appendix B
— RS232, for information about handshaking. Enable this flag by selecting the current Value
and then selecting the check box to place a check in it. Then press
ENTER or select another
field to save the change. (To remove the check and disable the flag, select the check box
again.)
4.279 Software Handshaking: If the device that is connected to the selected port supports
software handshaking, enable the Software Handshaking flag. See Appendix B — RS232 for
more information. Enable this flag by selecting the current Value and then selecting the check
box to place a check in it. Then press

4.280 Autobaud: To allow the bit rate to be automatically adjusted, enable this flag by select-
ing the current Value and then selecting the check box to place a check in it. Then press
ENTER or select another field to save the change. (To remove the check and disable the flag,
select the check box again.)

4.281 When you select CO Trunk Groups, the right side of the screen displays the list of trunk
groups on the Local node. At this level, you can program the description and username for
each trunk group. To program the other fields for an individual trunk group, double-click on it
to view these options:
