2. VOICE PROCESSOR SYSTEM-WIDE INFORMATION
2.1 A program planning sheet that lists the Voice Processor system-wide information is
included on the system software CD-ROM.
2.2 The following system-wide parameters are described in this section:

A. DIAL-0 DESTINATIONS
2.3 These fields are used for programming the dial-0 operator destination for the Voice
Mail and Automated Attendant applications (where calls are sent if the caller presses 0).
2.4 Day and Night Dial-0 Destination Type: These drop-down list boxes are used for
selecting the type of device that will be used for the day and night operator destinations. Select
the desired drop-down list box and scroll to the desired type (Extension, Mailbox, or None).
Then press
ENTER or click on another field to save the change.
• If
Mailbox is selected, the system will automatically transfer the caller to a the mailbox,
specified in the Dial-0 Destination below, when 0 is pressed.
• If
None is selected, operator access will be denied from Voice Mail and Auto Attendant
applications.
• If
Extension is selected, any station, application (including a STAR application), or
hunt group extension number can be selected.
NOTE: Version 7.0 and later system software supports STAR applications as a valid
Dial-0 Destination.
