the local database is being restored.
Minor Alarm Lit yellow to indicate a system alarm. If flashing, the software license
is invalid (see for details about how this affects the system).
Modem Active Solidly lit yellow to indicate that the modem is connected and in sync
with the connected device. If flashing, the modem is currently syn-
chronizing with the connected device.

Mbps. If not lit, the network connection is operating at 10 Mbps.

CPU128 Card
or
CPU020/PCM Card
or CPU020/PCMA
Card
CPU Active Lit green to show that the main processor is operating properly. If
flashing at least once every five seconds, see paragraph 3.2 on
page 7-3 for troubleshooting procedures. If unlit, check for improper
connection (e.g., cabling, card seating, power supply, etc.); if still un
lit, try another card.
If flashing slower than once every five seconds, remove the battery
back-up jumper strap, turn off the system power for thirty seconds,
replace the strap, and turn the power back on. If still flashing, see
paragraph 3.2 on page 7-3 for troubleshooting procedures.
Database Error Lit red when a database error has caused the system to return to
default values. When the system is first installed, the LED will remain
lit until the clock is initialized through Database (DB) Programming
(or other DB Programming is performed).
If a CPU020/PCM software upload fails while in progress (see
page 3-173), the Database Error (red) and Minor Alarm (yellow)
LEDs blink rapidly (ten times per second) and the PC displays the
reason for the failure.
