D. DEFAULT DATABASE
11.14 On an Windows-based Voice Processing Unit, you can default the database to return the
call processing and Voice Processor databases to default values. When you select
Default Data-
base
, a window appears, as shown below, that warns that defaulting the database will over-
write the current database and asks if you want to continue.
11.15 Select
Yes to default the database or select No to leave it unchanged.
NOTE: Defaulting the database will end the programming session and drop all calls. It will also
cause Voice Processing to stop. Voice Processing will restart after the database default opera-
tion is complete. However, the Voice Processing Unit will not reset.
11.16 If you are programming in Local Mode when you select Default Database, you will see
the following warning:
