3. Select the desired device or None and then select Next. The list of devices appears.
(You can view them in a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the
Details button.)
4. Highlight the desired device and then select Finish. Your selection appears in the
appropriate Attendant Station field.
I. SYSTEM FORWARDING PATHS
NOTE: This feature cannot be used unless the feature has been enabled as described on
page 6-97.
10.48 Up to 200 unique forwarding paths (001-200) can be programmed. When System For-
warding is selected from the Station-Related Information programming area, the list of for-
warding paths 1-200 appears.
10.49 This area is used for assigning forwarding points to the system forwarding paths. Sta-
tions can then be programmed to use the forwarding paths in station programming (see page 6-
214).
10.50 Each forwarding path can have a distinctive description (of up to 20 characters) and
four forwarding points. The forwarding points can be local stations, voice mail ports, or hunt
groups, or they can be off-node devices. Program the fields for the forwarding paths as fol-
lows:
10.51 Description: Select the current description and enter a name for the forwarding path, up
to 20 characters, in the text box. Then press
ENTER or select another field to save the change.
10.52 Forwarding Point(s): Up to four forwarding points can be programmed for each path.
To program a forwarding point, use one of the following methods:
Method A
1. Select the current Value and enter the new value in the text box.
2. Press ENTER. A screen appears showing you what is associated with the number you
entered.
3. Select OK. The new number appears in the field.
Method B
1. Right-click on the existing Forwarding Point. An option box appears.
2. Select Change Forwarding Point. A window appears that asks you to select the type of
device to include.
3. Select the desired device and then select Next. The list of devices appears. (You can
view them in a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details
button.)
4. Highlight the desired device and then select Finish. Your selection appears in the
appropriate Forwarding Point field.
