Single-line sets not receiving
audio message waiting indi-
cations
Programming error Audible Message indication for SL Sets flag must
be enabled in the database. See page 6-258 in
PROGRAMMING.
Single-line set does not
receive caller ID information.
Single-line station flags may
be programmed incorrectly in
DB Studio.
Set the Caller ID-IC and Extended Ring Cadence
flags to Yes.
The DKSC 16+ with caller ID
enabled firmware v5.5 or
later or OPC with caller ID
transmitters is not equipped.
If using a DKSC 16+ for DSP resources, verify that
it has been updated to firmware v5.5 or later. If
using the OPC for DSP resources, verify that the
DSP resources have been properly configured as
caller ID transmitters.
The single-line device may
not support the shortened
number of an extension.
Replace the device with a single-line device that
supports the shortened number of an extension
number and the split ring of an IC call.
The single-line device may
stop collecting data at the
second IC ring burst.
