IP Devices Issues
Incoming and outgoing calls
do not reach the destination.
Incorrect Database or SIP
gateway programming. SIP
gateway is not on the net-
work. CPC or CPS is not on
the network.
Verify the SIP gateway is plugged into the network
and the correct IP address is programmed in.
Verify the SIP gateway is configured using the
AudioCodes MP-114 Web interface.
Ping the SIP gateway address and if successful,
hook up a network monitor and determine if the
SIP packets are being sent or received properly.
There is a One-Way Audio or
No Audio problem.
Incorrect Database or SIP
gateway programming, There
may be Session Description
Protocol (SDP) problems.
Verify that the network groups are programmed
correctly for both the SIP trunks and any IP end-
points involved in the call.
Identify if the audio should be peer-to-peer or not.
If the audio is one-way, hook up a network monitor
tool and verify if the SDP sent contains the destina-
tion’s correct IP address and port number, and the
vocoder type supported.
