2.5 Dial-0 Destination: If day or night destination types are selected, you can select the
specific device that will serve as the operator destination. To determine the Dial-0 Destination,
do the following:
• Right-click on the existing value. An option box appears.
• Select
Change Dial-0 Destination. A window appears that asks you to select the type
of device to include.
• Select the desired type of device and then select
Next. The list of devices appears. (You
can view them in a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the
Details button.)
• Highlight the desired destination and then select
Finish. Your selection appears in the
list.
B. DISK USAGE STATISTICS
2.6 These fields show the status of the Voice Processing PC disk storage. The information
is presented for reference only and cannot be programmed.
2.7 The statistics include the following information:
• Total Storage on the System: This is the amount of disk space available on the Voice
Processing PC.
• Total Storage Used: This is the disk space that has been used by the Voice Processing
applications.
• Total Storage Remaining: This is the amount of disk space remaining in the Voice Pro-
cessing PC. If the disk is nearly full, you can increase disk space by clearing the SMDR
buffer or mailbox messages. If available disk space is frequently low, a larger-capacity
disk drive should be installed in the Voice Processing PC.
C. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR MAILBOX
2.8 A System Administrator’s mailbox is defined in order to record custom Audiotex
recordings for Voice Processing applications created in Applications Programming, broadcast
messages to all subscribers, and perform Mailbox and Group List maintenance. To assign the
System Administrator Mailbox, do the following:
1. Right-click on the existing value. An option box appears.
2. Select Change System Administrator Mailbox. A window appears that asks you to
select the type of device to include.
3. Select Mailbox and then select Next. The list of devices appears. (You can view them in
a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details button.)
4. Highlight the desired mailbox and then select Finish. Your selection appears in the Sys-
tem Administrator Mailbox field.
D. VPIM POSTMASTER
2.9 Type the configured mailbox on the local system. The Postmaster mailbox is similar to
the Administrator mailbox. The difference is that the Administrator mailbox receives messages
relative to delivery problems associated with normal, local message delivery and the VPIM
(Voice Profile for Internet Mail) Postmaster mailbox receives messages relative to delivery
problems associated with VPIM message delivery. The Administrator mailbox and the VPIM
Postmaster mailbox can be configured to be the same mailbox. For complete information about
