File Menu
• In Details mode, you can sort a list of items by clicking the column headings. To sort
files in reverse order, click the column heading once more.
• In many programming areas, you can click your right mouse button to see a menu of
available commands.

10.6 The toolbar has special icons for the following:
Back and Forward: These buttons (and the Back and Forward options in
the View Menu) allow you to move Back and Forward between views.
Refresh: This button is the same as the Refresh option in the View menu. It
allows you to refresh the display. You can also use the F5 button.
Collapse All: This button collapses all expanded folders in the left pane
and returns the focus to the root folder.
Help: Select this button to display the Help About DB Studio screen.
10.7 There are several drop-down menus along the top of the window that are used as
described below. At this level, there are also several system-wide parameters that you can pro-
gram. See page 6-104 for Date, Time, and Time Zone programming instructions.
A. FILE MENU
10.8 This drop-down menu includes only the Exit option. You can use it to exit your pro-
gramming session.
B. VIEW MENU
10.9 The View drop-down menu includes the following options:
• Tool Bar: Enabling or disabling this options determines whether the tool bar at the top
of the window is displayed.
• Status Bar: Enabling or disabling this option determines whether the status bar at the
bottom of the screen appears. The status bar shows the name of the session.
• Back and Forward: These options (and the Back and Forward buttons shown above)
allow you to move Back and Forward between views.
• Collapse All: This option (and the tool bar button shown above), collapses all expanded
folders in the left pane.
• Errors/Warning Window: This option allows you to enable or disable the errors and
warnings window that appears at the bottom of the screen.
• On-Line Monitor: This option enables or disable On-Line Monitor mode. On-Line
Monitor is used for troubleshooting system problems. It should only be used when
requested by Inter-Tel Technical Support or Engineering personnel.
