IP Addresses and Ports Tab
B. IP ADDRESSES AND PORTS TAB
22.5 The IP Addresses and Ports tab allows you to configure the listening socket and remote
chassis address to be used when the CP Server PC is installed on the customers LAN.
Listening Socket: Enter the IP Address that the CP Server will use to processes incom-
ing socket requests (e.g., voice mail, OAI, or DB Programming) from the LAN. Set this
value to 0.0.0.0 (Any IP Address), which allows the listening socket to listen for a
connection from the IP Addresses associated with any of the NICs.
Remote KSU: Enter the IP Address of the equipment chassis the Inter-Tel Call Pro-
cessing service is controlling. Do not change the default value (192.168.200.201).
NOTE: This field is not available for ATM-based systems.
IP Port: Indicates the port used by the CP Servers master listening socket. The CP
Server expects all incoming TCP/IP connection requests to be made using this port.
This field is shown for information purposes only and cannot be changed.
