27.11 The same principles follow for a quad-chassis system as they did in the dual-chassis
configuration. Cards should be added to the left chassis before being added to the right chassis.
27.12 Again, if you are expanding to a quad chassis configuration, you should redistribute
existing T1 cards to follow this configuration to help balance voice channel usage.
