Programming VM Applications
Programming VM Applications
4.12 Double-click on the application you want to program and its programming options
appear. Each Attendant requires the following programming.
4.13 For application-specific programming information, see the following pages:
• MNR (see page 6-369)
• RAC (see page 6-369)
• STAR (see page 6-369)
Digit Translation
4.14 Digit translation allows callers to dial a single digit to select a designated extension
number, modem, mailbox, or hunt group pilot number. Digit translation can be programmed
for each digit 0-9, #, and *, plus a Timeout that is used when the caller does not enter a digit.
Each digit can lead to a “digit translation node” that has its own digit translation actions. This
layered Call Routing Announcement digit translation creates a “tree” of programmable digit
translation nodes. For a detailed explanation of Call Routing Announcement digit translation
nodes and a sample tree, see page 4-21 in VOICE PROCESSING FEATURES.
