CO Trunk Groups
Trunk List
4.287 Each trunk is assigned to a trunk group using this trunk list or during individual trunk
programming. To view the list of trunks that have been assigned to this trunk group, double-
click on
Trunks.
To move trunks to this list from another list: Right-click in any blank area on the
right side of the screen (if there is no blank space, press
CTRL+N). Then choose Move
To Trunks List
. A window appears that asks you to select the type of device to include.
Select the trunk type(s) and then select
Next. A list appears. (You can view them in a
list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details button.) High-
light the appropriate trunks and then select
Add Items. When you have added all the
desired trunks select
Finish. Your selections appear in the list.
To move trunks out of this list and into another list: Select the trunk(s) to be moved
and drag and drop them into the trunk list of the new trunk group. (You can use the
CTRL or SHIFT keys to select several trunks at a time.)
Day/Night Multiple Ring-In
4.288 If the Ring-In Type (see page 6-237) is set to Multiple, use this field to determine the
ring-in destinations for day and night modes. The trunk group can ring in to a list of stations,
extension lists, and/or applications (but not hunt groups). The list can include local or off-node
device extension numbers.
NOTE: When using an extension list for ring-in, do not exceed 30 stations per list.
4.289 To set the ring-in destination, select Multiple Ring-In and then select Day Mode or
Night Mode and do the following:
4.290 To add destinations to the list:
1. Right-click anywhere in the right side of the window. An option box appears.
2. Select Add To List. A window appears that asks you to select the type of device to
include.
3. Select the device type(s) and then select Next. A list appears. (You can view them in a
list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details button.)
NOTE: To highlight a series of items, hold down SHIFT while selecting the first and last
items you want. To highlight two or more items that are not consecutive, hold down
CTRL while selecting the desired items.
4.
Highlight the appropriate items and then select Add Items. When you have added all
the desired destinations select
Finish. Your selections appear in the list.
NOTE: If you want to see the programming for a specific item, double-click on its
extension number to jump to its programming area.
4.291 To delete destinations from the list: Highlight them and then right-click. Select
Remove Selected Items.
Day/Night Answer Access
4.292 (Not available for DISA trunks) To determine which extensions will have allowed-
answer permission for the trunk group in day or night mode, select
Answer Access and then
Day Mode or Night Mode and do the following:
