Report Programming
13.2 The language used to create the report depends on the country selected in Session Man-
ager, as shown in the following table.
13.3 Reports can be sent to files on the PC or to a printer port.
13.4 When extension numbers are listed in a report, they can be sorted by name, extension
number or circuit number. Reports can also be assigned a Description.
13.5 To program a report:
1. Open Report Programming and select Report Type for the report you want to pro-
gram.
2. Scroll to the type of report you want and press ENTER or select another field to save
your change.
3. If desired, you can enter a title for the report in the Description field.
4. To program the report contents and options, double-click on the report. The options you
have depends on the type of report being programmed. The possible fields are as fol-
lows:
• Devices: Depending on the report type selected, the “devices” included in the
report can be stations, hunt groups, trunks, call routing tables, ARS route groups
etc. Selecting the device folder allows you to select the devices that will be
included in the report.
• Options: Select
Options to view available options for each report type. For each
option you want enabled, select its check box to place a check mark in it. Then
press
ENTER or select another field to save your change.
• Group Page Breaks: Select this check box to place a check mark in it if you want
to have each group (circuit board, map group, hunt group, etc.) on a separate page
of the report. Then press
ENTER or select another field to save your change.
• Print Format: The devices included in the report can be sorted by extension num-
ber, circuit number, or name. Scroll to the desired sorting method and press
ENTER or select another field to save your change.
5. To print the report, use the Print Report option in the Operations menu as described on
page 6-82.
