IPRC Issues
IPRC does not appear in
IPRC diagnostics page even
though it is plugged into the
cabinet.
CP agent is not connected to
System Manager.
Make sure CP agent is connected to System Man-
ager.
CP agent is running a pre-9.0
version of Axxess.
Make sure CP agent is running Axxess 9.0 or later.
IPRC is not correctly plugged
into the cabinet.
Make sure IPRC is correctly plugged into cabinet.
