8.4 After you have successfully loaded the software license, you can begin programming
the system.

The Call Processing Server is
the backup server in a redun-
dant system, and software
licenses are valid only for mas-
ter Call Processing Servers.
Make sure the master Call Pro-
cessing Server has the correct
software license key (part no.
827.9775) installed on the par-
allel port. If the correct software
license key is installed, you
may have to transfer the
license (see page 7-103) to a
different security key.
The specified Software
License encountered an
unknown upload error.
Unable to load Software
License.
An unidentified error occurred. Contact the Inter-Tel Software
Maintenance Center.
