— If restoring a database in Local Mode, you may receive an error message that says,
“Database is incompatible,” due to the differences in CPU types. It is highly rec-
ommended that you use the
Change Selection method in Session Manager when
doing database restores in a local session. This will load any database over an
existing local session database that was loaded previously without any problems.
11.4 When a database is restored, the system checks the following against the currently
loaded license:
• CPU type
• Number of devices
• Software licenses
