Group Call Pick-Up
4.40 The Group Call Pick-up feature allows users to reverse transfer a call that is ringing in
to a hunt group or one of its stations using the hunt group’s pilot number. If Group Call Pick-up
is enabled for a hunt group, users can enter the Reverse Transfer feature code (4) and dial the
hunt group’s pilot number to pick up a call that is ringing in to any station’s extension within
that hunt group or to the hunt group’s pilot number. (If the feature is disabled, reverse transfers
using the hunt group’s pilot number will reverse transfer only calls ringing to the hunt group’s
pilot number, not calls ringing at the individual stations within the hunt group.)
Priority Level (0-75)
4.41 If the UCD Hunt Groups premium feature is licensed (see page 6-97), hunt groups can
have assigned priority levels 0-75. Some stations may be members of more than one UCD hunt
group. For this reason, hunt groups are assigned a “priority level.” The priority level deter-
mines which hunt group’s calls should be received first when calls ring in and/or camp on to
several hunt groups at once. If a station is a member of multiple hunt groups that have the same
priority level, calls received by those hunt groups will be queued in the order they were
received by the phone system. Select current Value for the Priority Level and enter the correct
level or scroll to the desired priority level for this hunt group. Higher numbers have higher pri-
ority. The range is 0-75.
Recall Destination Station
4.42 The recall destination can be assigned to an off-node station or application, if it is pro-
grammed as an off-node device (see page 6-198). Any hunt group can have a recall destination
station, regardless of whether UCD is enabled. If a call remains unanswered when the Recall
timer expires, it will be sent to the recall destination station. The recall destination station
should be a phone or single-line station. Do not include this station in the hunt group distribu-
tion list. Use one of the following methods to program the Recall Destination Station:
Method A
Select the current Value and enter the new value in the text box.
Press
ENTER. A screen appears showing you what is associated with the number you
entered.
Select
OK. The new number appears in the field.
Method B
Right-click on the existing value for the Recall station. An option box appears.
Select
Change Recall. A window appears that asks you to select the type of device to
include.
Select desired device type and then select
Next. The list of devices appears. (You can
view them in a list by selecting the List button or view details by selecting the Details
button.)
Highlight the device you want as the Recall station and then select
Finish. Your selec-
tion appears in the Recall field.
Restart ACD Idle Time Upon Login
4.43 This flag determines where an agent is placed in a longest idle queue when the agent
logs back in to a hunt group. When enabled, the agent’s idle time is reset to zero whenever the
agent logs in (i.e., that agent will be least likely to receive the next distributed call). If disabled,
the agent’s idle time includes the time the agent was logged out of the hunt group (i.e., that
agent will be most likely to receive the next distributed call). By default, this flag is disabled.
