LS/GS Loop Current
Debounce
100 2-500 millisec.
(0.002-0.5 sec.)
This is the minimum amount of time the system must
detect loop current for it to recognize that a trunk is
present when it is seized.
LS/GS Outpulse-Dial
Inter-digit Pause
700 2-1500 millisec.
(0.002-1.5 sec.)
This is the idle time between pulse-dial digits sent by
the system.
LS/GS Outpulse-Dial
Inter-pulse Pause
40 2-500 millisec.
(0.002-0.5 sec.)
This is the amount of time between pulses when
pulse-dial digits are sent by the system.
LS/GS Outpulse-Dial
Pulse Hold Duration
60 2-500 millisec.
(0.002-0.5 sec.)
This is the duration of a single pulse-dial digit sent by
the system.
LS/GS Ring Frequency –
High Boundary
100 max. 1000 Hertz These parameters determine the valid range of ring
frequencies that will be recognized by the system.
LS/GS Ring Frequency –
Low Boundary
15 min. 4 Hertz Any ring signal outside of this range is ignored.
NOTE: The ranges for the Ring Frequency timers
are interdependent. The minimum value for the high
boundary is the current Value of the low boundary.
The maximum for the low boundary is the current
Value for the high boundary.
LS/GS Trunk Ring Detec-
tion
150 100–1024 ms
(.1–2.5 sec)
This is a low-level timer that specifies the duration
that continuous ring voltage must be detected on a
trunk for the system to recognize a new incoming
call. If this timer is too low, then false rings could be
detected. If the timer is too high, then new incoming
calls may not be detected at all. Common ring dura-
tions sent by central offices are 1-second and 2-sec-
ond.
Message Wait 5 1-255 seconds Length of time a caller waits after pressing the MSG
button before being connected to the called party's
message center.
Off-Hook Voice Announce
Screening
5 1-255 seconds After the Camp-On timer expires, length of time
before an OHVA call can be completed.
Page 15 0-255 seconds Limits duration of page. If set to 0, pages are unlim-
ited in length.
Pause Dialing Digit
Length
3 1-15 seconds Length of timed pauses used in system and station
speed-dial telephone numbers and in ARS dial rules.
Queue Callback 15 10-255 seconds Time allowed for a station to respond to a queue call-
back before the queue is canceled.
Recall 60 10-255 seconds Length of time a hold or transfer recall rings at a sta-
tion before recalling that station's recall destination. If
the station receiving the recall has no recall destina-
tion, the call remains at the station until the Aban-
doned Call timer expires.
