IPRC Diagnostic Displays

TROUBLE-
SHOOTING
* These Web interface displays offer only a subset of the information included in the serial display.
Send-Audio
Statistics
N/A Information about the send-audio statistics. Unlike the
Receive-Audio Statistics display, Send-Audio Statistics
contains global information about the send buffers (i.e.,
the information is not on a per-channel/session basis).
DSP Events N/A Information about DSP events for any session or channel.
While in this screen, you can switch between session and
channel modes and scroll through each mode.
Echo Canceller N/A Information about the echo canceller for any session or
channel. While in this screen, you can switch between
session and channel modes and scroll through each
mode.
Crosspoint
Connections
N/A Information about the crosspoint connections. This dis-
play constantly queries the crosspoint device and displays
any connections. Because this display offers information
only about the crosspoint device, the highways and
timeslots may differ from the numbers that Call Process-
ing sends to the IPRC. This is because the IPRC trans-
lates Call Processing’s numbers before accessing the
crosspoint device. For untranslated numbers, see the
Connection Status display.
Audio Session
Send
Configuration
N/A Information related to the send-RTP side for any session
or channel. While in this screen, you can switch between
session and channel modes and scroll through each
mode. For any session/channel, information about the fol-
lowing appears:
current activation state
destination address
SSRC number, which identifies the synchronization
source
number of frames per packet
RTP profile in use
current buffered-frame count
current sequence number
current 10 ms timestamp
current 125 µs timestamp
current encoding type
frame length
payload types for all of the encoding types that the
IPRC supports
