<Auxiliary Function Lock>
The auxiliary function lock function is used to select
whether or not the M, S, and T (auxiliary function)
commands are executed in a program during auto-
matic operation. It is used to check the program in
combination with the machine lock function.
Valid: In the auxiliary function lock mode, the M,
S, and T codes specified in a program are
ignored. Note that the following M
commands are executed: M00, M01,
M02, M30, M98, M99.
Invalid: M, S, and T (auxiliary function) commands
are executed as specified in the program.
<Chuck Clamp Direction>
This setting is used to indicate whether the O.D. or
I.D. of the workpiece is clamped by the chuck,
according to the shape of workpiece and the portion
to be machined. When the chuck is operated cor-
rectly in the set chuck clamping direction, the chuck
clamp operation is completed and the status indica-
tor "CHCL1"/"CHCL2" is lit. Spindle rotation is per-
mitted in this state.
<Bloqueo de funciones auxiliares>
La función de bloqueo de función auxiliar se utiliza para selec-
cionar si los comandos M, S y T (función auxiliar) se ejecutan
en un programa durante el funcionamiento automático o no.
Se utiliza para verificar el programa en combinación con la
función de bloqueo de la máquina.
Válido: En el modo de bloqueo de función auxiliar, se
ignoran los códigos M, S y T especificados en el
programa. Observe que se ejecutarán los

Inválido: Los comandos M, S y T (función auxiliar) se
ejecutan tal y como se especifican en el programa.
<Dirección de sujeción de plato>
Este ajuste se utiliza para indicar si el diám. exterior o el inte-
rior de la pieza se sujeta por el plato, según la forma de la
pieza y la porción que se desea mecanizar. Cuando el plato
se hace funcionar correctamente en la dirección establecida
para el amarre del plato, la operación de sujeción del plato
finaliza y el indicador de estado "CHCL1"/"CHCL2" se
enciende. La rotación del husillo estará permitida en este
estado.
<Chuck Footswitch>
The chuck footswitch interlock function is used to set
whether or not the chuck is opened/closed when the
footswitch is operated.
Valid: The chuck is opened/closed when the
footswitch is operated.
Invalid: The chuck is not opened/closed when the
footswitch is operated. This function is
invalidated in the following cases to
ensure safety:
• When holding a workpiece without opening/
closing the chuck, this function is made invalid
to avoid trouble caused by mistaken operation
of the footswitch.
• After the completion of machining cycle, the
workpiece will fall inside the machine if the
footswitch is operated mistakenly. In such
cases this function is invalidated to avoid
trouble caused by mistaken operation of the
footswitch.
<Chuck Footswitch at Door Close>
When this function is invalid, chuck opening/closing
operation using the Chuck footswitch is disabled
while the door is closed: the workpiece will not fall
even if the Chuck footswitch is operated by mistake,
either to load or unload the workpiece.
<Pedal del plato>
La función de interbloqueo del pedal del plato se utiliza para
establecer si el plato se abre o se cierra cuando se acciona el
pedal, o no.
Válido: El plato se abre y se cierra cuando se acciona el
pedal.
Inválido: El plato no se abre ni se cierra cuando se acciona
el pedal. Esta función no es válida en los
siguientes casos para garantizar la seguridad:
• Cuando se sujeta una pieza sin abrir/cerrar el plato, esta
función se invalida para evitar los problemas originados
al hacer funcionar erróneamente el pedal.
• Después de terminar el ciclo de mecanizado, la pieza
caerá en el interior de la máquina si el pedal se acciona
equivocadamente. En tales casos esta función es
invalida para evitar problemas originados al hacer
funcionar equivocadamente el pedal.
<Pedal del plato con la puerta cerrada>
Cuando esta función se invalida, la operación de apertura/cie-
rre del plato mediante el pedal del mismo se desactiva mien-
tras la puerta esté cerrada: la pieza no se caerá incluso si el
pedal se acciona erróneamente, tanto al cargarla como al
descargarla.
ATENCION
The machine has a chuck interlock function that
prevents starting of the spindle unless the sta-
tus indicator "CHCL1"/"CHCL2" is lit. Make sure
this interlock function works correctly by setting
the correct chuck clamping direction for the
type of workpiece to be machined.
[Workpiece ejection]
La máquina tiene una función de interbloqueo de plato
que impide el inicio del husillo a no ser que el indicador
de estado "CHCL1"/"CHCL2" se encienda. Asegúrese de
