Fax-On-Demand Setup
8. Program the Call Routing Announcement application: In Voice Proces-
sor\Devices\Applications, create a Call Routing Announcement application that allows
access to the Fax-On-Demand feature.
a. Program a description and username.
b. Program the digit translation. For example:
# = End Fax Selection
* = Cancel Fax Selection
0 = Select Fax by Document Number
1 = Select Fax Document (first document)
2 = Select Fax Document (second document)
3-9 = Select other fax documents
Timeout = Transfer to Operator
c. Use the same greeting for day and night modes. Assign the custom recording
number to the greeting that you record later. The greeting includes instructions for
using the Fax-On-Demand feature and a pause to allow the caller to respond, and
it may include a list of available documents.
9. Using the System Administrator’s mailbox, make the custom Audiotex recording
assigned above. (See page 4-58 for instructions.)
10. Call in to the application and fully test it.
