Example
The following example specifies the switch host name.
console(config)# hostname Dell
low-power
Use the low-power command in Interface Configuration mode to enable the automatic
transition of a device to a lower power mode while the cable is not connected. Use the no form
of the command to disable the automatic transition.
NOTE: The low-power command is only supported by PC8024/PC8024F and PCM8024.

no low-power
Default Configuration
The low power mode is disabled by default.

User Guidelines
To display the current status of low power mode, use the show interfaces configuration
command. The Admin State field will show the status of low power mode on a port.
