redirect
Use the redirect command in Policy-Class-Map Configuration mode to specify that all
incoming packets for the associated traffic stream are redirected to a specific egress interface
(physical port or port-channel).
Syntax
redirect
interface
interface
— Specifies any valid interface. Interface is Ethernet port or port-channel (Range:
lag1–lag18)
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.

User Guidelines
This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example shows how to redirect incoming packets to port 1/g1.

config-policy-classmap)#redirect 1/g1
service-policy
Use the service-policy command in either Global Configuration mode (for all system interfaces)
or Interface Configuration mode (for a specific interface) to attach a policy to an interface. To
return to the system default, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
service-policy {in|out}
policymapname

— Inbound direction.
out
— Outbound direction.
policymapname
Specifies the DiffServ policy name as a unique case-sensitive
alphanumeric string. (Range: 1–31 alphanumeric characters)
