dvlan-tunnel ethertype
Use the dvlan-tunnel ethertype command in Global Configuration mode to configure the
ethertype for the specified interface.
To configure the EtherType on the specified interface to its default value, use the no form of
this command.
Syntax
dvlan-tunnel ethertype {802.1Q | vman | custom < 0-65535 >}
no dvlan-tunnel ethertype
• 802.1Q — Configures the EtherType as 0x8100.
• vman — Configures the EtherType as 0x88A8.
• custom — Custom configures the EtherType for the DVLAN tunnel. The value must be 0-
65535.
Default Configuration
The default for this command is 802.1Q.
