ARP Commands
This chapter explains the following commands:

arp
Use the arp command in Global Configuration mode to create an Address Resolution Protocol
(ARP) entry. Use the no form of the command to remove the entry.
Syntax
arp
ip-address mac-address
no arp
ip-address
•
ip-address
— IP address of a device on a subnet attached to an existing routing interface.
•
mac-address
— A unicast MAC address for that device.
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
