11.4.2 Requirements in the Master station
In the master station of the IEC 60870-5-103 standard, the following specifications should be
followed in the respective IEDs:
1) Polling cycle: 150ms or longer
2) Timeout time (time to re-sending the request frame to the IED): 100ms
