This command specifies the minimum transmission bandwidth guarantee for each interface
queue in the device.
Syntax
queue cos-queue min-bandwidth all <bw-0> <bw-1> …

… <bw-6>- Each Valid range is (0 to 100) in increments of 5 and the
total sum is less than or equal to 100.
no - This command restores the default for each queue's minimum bandwidth value in
the device.
