This command is used to add a port to a multicast group.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping vlan <vlanid> static <macaddr> interface <slot/port>
<vlanid> - VLAN ID (Range: 1 – 3965).
<macaddr> - Multicast group MAC address.
<slot/port> - Interface number.

The maximum number of static router ports that can be configured is 64.
6.2.6.2.10. ip igmp snooping static
The user can go to the Global Mode and add a port to multicast group, use the ip igmp
snooping static Global command.
