6.3.1.53 Pad Configuration Register 87 (SIU_PCR87)
The SIU_PCR87 register controls the function, direction, and electrical attributes of
CNTXC_PCSD[3]_GPIO[87].

6.3.1.54 Pad Configuration Register 88 (SIU_PCR88)
The SIU_PCR88 register controls the function, direction, and electrical attributes of
CNRXC_PCSD[4]_GPIO[88].

Clear the IBE bit to 0 to reduce power consumption. When configured as GPDI, set the IBE bit to 1.
