6.3.1.89 Pad Configuration Register 134 (SIU_PCR134)
The SIU_PCR134 register controls the function, direction, and electrical attributes of
ETPUA[20]_IRQ[8]_GPIO[134]. Both the input and output channels of ETPUA[20] are connected to
pins.

When configured as IRQ[8], the OBE bit has no effect. The OBE bit must be set to 1 for ETPUA[20] or GPIO[134]
when configured as output.

When the pad is configured as an output, set the IBE bit to 1 to show the pin state in the GPDI register. Clear the IBE bit to 0
to reduce power consumption. The IBE bit must be set to 1 for ETPUA[20] or GPIO[134] when configured as input.

The weak pullup/down selection at reset for the ETPUA[20] pin is determined by the WKPCFG pin.
