Configuring a Routing Interface
To configure a routing interface for a RIP network, do the following:
NOTE
OSPF regards router interfaces as either passive or active, sending OSPF messages on active
interfaces and ignoring passive interfaces.
1. Change the mode to Edit Private or Edit Exclusive.
2. Navigate to routing » dynamic » rip » interface » {name}, where {name} is the name of the interface. The
Authentication and Interface Parameters forms appear.
