742 Adding a Virtual Switch VLAN

Adding a Virtual Switch VLAN
To add virtual switch VLAN, do the following:
1. Change the mode to Edit Private or Edit Exclusive.
2. Navigate to interface » virtualswitch » {id} » vlan, where {id} is the ID assigned to the virtual switch.
3. Click <Add vlan>. The Key Settings form appears.

4. Configure the following parameter(s) as required:
Parameter Description
VLAN ID VLAN ID for this routable logical interface
5. Click Add to create the new VLAN. The VLAN form appears.

1. IP Address Source Box
6. Configure the following parameter(s) as required:
Parameter Description
IP Address Source Synopsis: static, dynamic
Default: static
Whether the IP address is static or dynamically assigned via DHCP or BOOTP.
