Configuring a T1 Line
To configure a T1 line for a WAN interface, do the following:
1. Change the mode to Edit Private or Edit Exclusive.
2. Navigate to interface » wan » {interface}, where {interface} is the WAN interface.
3. Click the + symbol in the menu next to t1. The T1 Parameters form appears.

4. Configure the following parameter(s) as required:
Parameter Description
frame Synopsis: esf
Default: esf
The frame format.
Line Code Synopsis: b8zs
Default: b8zs
The line encoding/decoding scheme.
clock Synopsis: normal, master
Default: normal
Serial clocking mode: master or normal.
• master : provide serial clock signal.
• normal : accept external clock signal.
LBO Synopsis: 0db, 7.5db, 15db, 22.5db, 0-110ft, 110-220ft, 220-330ft, 330-440ft,
440-550ft, 550-660ft
Default: 0db
