5. Configure the following parameter(s) as required:
Parameter Description
enabled Enables this link backup.
ping-timeout Default: 2
The time interval, in seconds, before immediately retrying a ping.
ping-interval Default: 60
The time interval, in seconds, between ping tests.
ping-retry Default: 3
The number of ping retries before constructing a path failure.
start-delay Default: 180
The delay time, in seconds, when first starting link failover.
