Defines the lower limit of the zoom area on the y-axis.
For numerical values, the input of a unit is not supported for this command.
Parameters:
<Start> Range: -100E+24 to 100E+24
Increment: 0.01
*RST: 0
Parameters for setting and query:
<DiagGroupNme> Name of the diagram on which the zoom area is based.
<ZoomDiagramName>Name of the zoom diagram
Usage: Asynchronous command
